Sculptures on Indian culture & mythology

The sculptures are intricately crafted using colourful papers. . Some sculptures can be seen 360 degrees around while few are wall mounted. These take around 2- 5 months to create depending on the intricacy involved and number of elements to be created. The anatomy of the figures and overall construction of these sculptures is primarily done using quilling while other paper techniques like paper cutting, paper layering and paper folding have also been used wherever necessary. Papers of light as well as heavy weights are used for construction and outer designing of clothes, beads, ornaments etc. to achieve the required level of quality and finnesse. The height of these sculptures ranges from 7 inches to 12 inches.
